This project involved designing a website for Insignia, a luxury watch brand based in Mumbai, India, aiming to expand its presence from offline retail to online markets. After conducting user research and interviews, I identified major pain points, such as difficulty finding specific models and an inconsistent, unappealing user interface.
The goal was to create a refined, elegant, and user-friendly e-commerce experience that aligned with Insignia’s premium brand identity. By improving visual aesthetics and streamlining the navigation, I crafted a digital platform that helps users discover and purchase watches effortlessly while experiencing the sophistication the brand stands for.
